Orchid & Ivy enrichment programs are approved providers through Wisconsin CLTS (Children’s Long-Term Support) allowing eligible participants to use waiver funding for enrollment.

Week 1 – Operation Quesadilla Quest

Build a crispy, cheesy quesadilla while making fresh pico de gallo and guacamole. Participants practice measuring, knife safety, sequencing, and stovetop cooking as they complete their first kitchen mission.

Week 2 – Homemade Pizza Roll Challenge

Roll, fill, slice, and bake homemade pizza rolls while learning dough preparation, measuring, fine motor skills, and oven safety.

Week 3 – Popcorn Seasoning Station

Create fresh popcorn and design a custom seasoning blend using sweet and savory flavors. Participants explore creativity, experimentation, and flexible thinking while inventing their own signature seasoning.

Week 4 – Dessert Showdown

Take on the final boss by baking a giant skillet cookie! Participants practice measuring, mixing, baking, teamwork, and kitchen confidence while celebrating their culinary adventure.
