What funding sources are approved for payment?

Our enrichment programs are priced per program/unit, not per session. Pricing may vary depending on the materials, activities, and experiences included in each program. Enrichment program fees are non-refundable due to materials and preparation. Our in-home services are priced per session and cost is dependent on services rendered.

We are CLTS and IRIS approved, which means we can work with your case manager to help cover the cost of eligible enrichment programs or services through these funding programs. These programs use Medicaid funding to support children and adults with disabilities so they can access services in their homes and communities.

A limited sliding scale may be available for qualifying families. Please contact us if you would like to discuss options.

How do I know if a program is the right fit for my child or family member?

After you submit an interest or intake form, our team reviews the information to better understand participant’s strengths, needs, and preferences. This helps us place participants in programs that best support their success and enjoyment.

Who are our programs designed for?

Our programs are designed for children, teens, and adults with disabilities and diverse learning needs. We strive to create inclusive, supportive environments where participants can learn, explore, and build confidence at their own pace.

Do you accept CLTS or IRIS funding?

Yes. Orchid and Ivy is CLTS (Children’s Long-Term Support) and IRIS approved. We can work with your case manager or support team to help fund eligible enrichment programs and in-home services.

What is your staff-to-participant ratio?

We strive to maintain small group sizes to ensure participants receive individualized support, meaningful engagement, and a positive learning experience. Ratios may vary depending on the needs of the group and the type of activity.

Are the classes therapy sessions?

While our programs are developed and led through a therapeutic lens by a speech-language pathologist and occupational therapist, they are enrichment-based - not direct therapy services. Skills such as communication, regulation, motor development, and social interaction are naturally supported within meaningful, play-based experiences.

What should participants bring to enrichment programs?

Most materials will be provided. Families will receive program-specific information prior to the start of the class, including anything participants may want to bring, recommended clothing (for gardening or cooking activities), and any additional details.
