Course Outline
Week 1: Cooking is an Experience!
Explore cooking through the 5 senses, visual recipes, pouring, mixing, measuring, and safe cutting practice.
Week 2: Smoothie Scientists and Better‑For‑You Treat Studio
Blend colorful smoothies while practicing pouring, peeling, squeezing, and operating kitchen tools. Make frozen treats and yogurt creations using dipping, drizzling, and decorating skills.
Week 3: Secret Veggie Pizza Factory
Create personal pizzas while spreading, sprinkling, cutting herbs, and choosing toppings.
Week 4: You Are ONE Smart Cookie!
Celebrate with cupcake or cookie decorating while practicing making choices, scooping toppings, decorating, packaging, and communication.
